I don't know if he would have had everyone out, but I am certain he would have had himself out of Iraq within 4 months or whenever his filming of his exploits were completed. Whatever came first!

Kerry would have given the keys to America over to Bin Laden and apologized for not doing it sooner. Him and Jane Fonda could have had tea with Akmacrapabag on the White house lawn.
