More likely the fool Olmert will give away the store. Boy assad is in no position to dump hamas or hizubllah even if he wanted to; he is a wholy owned subsidiary of Iran. But it's sure likely that he will promise to do so; after all, he's done that before. He solemnly promised Colin Powell that he would, and got America off his back. It's a lucrative business, this promising. For now assad needs a distraction from the news about the nuke reactor the NKs were building for him, that Israel destroyed.
