All of them drawing welfare payments and branching out to form more compounds.

We have Ghettos full of children on welfare, some with REALLY bad parents. That's a separate problem. These kids were loved and taken care of by full time mommies. When this is finally settled, they will hopefully be back with them. But you can bet they will all be in worse condition than they were when they were seized, and under worse welfare conditions.

They picked a county (Schleicher) to establish their communal ranch in that has a population of 3000. After their population grew eventually they'd take over the county govt. I'm guessing the current majority of the county doesn't intend to let that happen.
