It's interesting that none of the articles I've seen about "No Doc" loans states the LTV. When I was doing them 12 years ago, you had 20 t0 25% of the down payment and all closing costs and some reserves in the game. All the articles I've seen never give out the full details of each program. You sort of end up thinking every loan is a no down payment, subprime credit, pay option ARM. LoL
