Gore and Kerry are best suited to wallop McCain.
That is all I care about. But none of these candidates have the ability to win a landslide. Gore-Edwards or something might come cloest if can pick up a few southern states. Not unless one party of the other nominates someone too rightwing or too leftwing.

Obama is possibly too leftwing, plus he's black and INEXPERIENCED. A triple whammy. Though the most charismatic, he may actually be the weakest national candidate.

I didn't know Obama owes his political career to Jesse Jackson. That is a problem. Jackson is a great man but very scary to middle America. If the GOP starts circulating photos of Obama posing with Jesse in his Afro and Dashiki shirt it's all over.
