Thanks Josh....Just shows we have to go to the original sources....

I think there is another reason for fewer deaths by comparison with other wars. Our soldiers have better on the ground immediate help, and very fast (usually) medivac helicopters to get them on their way and to treatment quicker than ever before.

Also, the IED's don't alway kill, but maim constantly, so more are living, but with severe wounds. Thus more injuries.

Before the better equipment, and better medical attention, our soldiers died.
