So how do you propose to co-exist with entities that shout "Death to America" and point to passages in their holy book to whip up their followers? You haven't dealt with my point that the so-called majority of Muslims that disagree with Al Queda and Islamofascism in all its forms are silent. If we fall, we'll fall from within. We'll fall from lack of backbone, or from some weird idea that American culture is somehow deficient instead of superior to these medieval cultures that fail to grow up.
