No, our overly expensive, protected and oligopolistic medical system is indeed responsible for the lack of affordable medical care available to all.

The AMA is still working, with some success, to limit the influx of foreign doctors in the USA although there are many parts of the country that need them. They have been at this for a century with tremendous success.

You really do need to be more knowledgeable on the issues.
