1. You pay taxes
2. Republicans take taxes and they use them for non-compete, cost plus, unregulated contracts. Where is that $8 BILLION in shrink wrapped bills lost from the CPA anyway? Anyone? Anyone?

$15 gym towels with lovely KBR embroidery paid for by the US tax payer? Anyone? Anyone?

3. Thus your taxes are going into the bank accounts of Republican cronies.

Is that so difficult to follow? I've tried to make these things as plain and simple as possible.

Policies affect energy prices. They don't have to 'control' them directly. Anyone? Anyone?

Having a deficit is typical in Republican administrations. Clinton made a stab at a balanced budget. Dubya, OTOH, colors so far out of the lines that true conservative Republicans should have impeached him long ago.

Why didn't you guys?

Tim government having a deficit is typical of any time....(to split hairs)

as to privatization...perhaps it would be more exact to say the US government has subcontacted to private companies many duties one fulfilled by the gov.
