Face it... if you CAN'T answer a simple question (answer to which would be of fundamental importance to any attempt at regulation...) then you are sure as Hell gonna have difficulties with changing regulations! However, it's still a mostly free world --- and you are certainly free to bloviate (while dodging practical debate) all that you want to! It's just that I see little reason to waste my time in 'yelling' back at someone perched atop a 'soapbox' whilst they are busy yelling at the air, and ignoring all attempts at rational inquiry or conversation. ...You never even TRIED to answer the simple question I asked: At what precise stage would they qualify for full legal status under our laws? So... how YOU would exactly phrase any law that you might desire... is exactly WHAT any lawmaker has to decide. WHEN (do you propose) that full LEGAL PERSONHOOD would be granted in America (under the law that you would write)?
