I thought he did. Why do you say he didn't? I also know that he broke with tradition and did not want to give "street money" inn the Philly suburbs. He sent that money to NOLA instead.

Something that is missing here is Obama's lack of tithing to his church and his countrymen.........many of which are hurting.

Whoa, where did that come from? I admit I've been skimming the Clinton/Obama discussion but is there some requirement for tithing nowadays? I thought tithing was rather rare and special, not the default, the failure of which indicted "meanness." Perhaps I'm missing some context...
