The reason he hasn't got the 158 million for the hiway project are two fold. All of BC's tax money goes to paying medicare. In fact all of BC's collected taxes do not pay enough to cover its medicare bill. This is partly because socialized medicine has an administration cost that is 400% too high and partly because BC has 'no' secondary industry to generate tax revenue. What tax money they do collect goes to the Fed Gov and they don't get it back. EC<:-}
