That is different..how did you come up with that?

What type of seasoning did you use on the chicken?

You might like Chicken Marco Polo ...

There are better recipes without canned soup and frozen broccoli but here's a start.

4 slices chicken breasts, cooked
4 slices thin, cooked ham
1 box frozen broccoli, cooked crisp
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. each grated Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
buttered bread crumbs
Place chicken slice on ham and add stalk of broccoli.
Roll up and place in pan, close together.
Make sauce of remaining ingredients, adding 3 teaspoons seasoned salt and a
little cayenne pepper (if desired).
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Pour over rolls.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs. [or your homemade croutons] ;)
Bake at 350 degrees until sauce begins to bubble.
Brown under broiler, if necessary.
Makes 4 servings.
