I personally question how good a friend Saudi Arabia is and hope there is bipartisan support to suspend arms sales if OPEC does not comply with energy demands.

New York Sen. Charles E. Schumer is joined yesterday by fellow Democratic Sens. Bob Casey of Pennsylvania in promoting the urging of OPEC countries to boost oil supplies.

Senate Democrats moved yesterday to put pressure on Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf oil states to increase oil supplies and bring down prices, saying they will block military sales to those OPEC countries unless they do.

The addicts are getting desperate for a 'fix' ..
What petulance ..

Schumer needs to spend some time with a petro-geologist;
He clearly doesn't comprehend 'depletion' or the
concept of net available exports ..

Triff ..

The House of Saud is laughing up its sleeve...The anti-war Dems are no threat.

The Dems don't want to be the ones that actually have to make the decisions to start drilling for oil in our own country. Heavens....the econuts and greens would have a hissy fit.

The Dems and their pals are directly to blame for the oil/gas situation the US finds itself in...
