If ELNK is sold, it is hard to imagine that the shareholders would receive much of a premium. While the company may have been sitting on $320 million in cash at the end of the quarter, it also has $259 million in long-term debt. The market cap approximates $950 million. Worst of all, the subscriber base has declined by 33% over the last twelve months.
