I was thinking more in terms of the Party with a capital P making a plan from the start and designating a Hillary-Obama ticket with the grand 16-Year-Plan and handing down the dictates to the membership to endorse. The supers have ended up as a select and limited set of voters, but they seem to make up their own minds pretty much, like the primary and caucusgoers. I don't see them sitting down in a room and deciding which way the last 300 should move as a bloc.
