Do Brazilian schools actually teach the idea that America was founded by the Confederates?

And do your economic schools actually teach the idea that you solve the after-effects of a "debt crisis" by borrowing more foreign capital?

Perhaps Brazil needs to start deeper to solve their stunted agricultural sector by bringing in educators from less backward nations.
