Fully genetically human, sure. Fully genetically human also, but that wasn't my point. My point was A human. Human as a noun, not as an adjective. "Human skin cells" is human as an adjective". That isn't the way I am using the term. And, women who smoke or drink or don't receive proper nutrition (even men, possibly), or who even work during years of fertility, might be subjected to prison for their 'crimes'. Not if I had my way. Not creating the absolutely perfect environment for your children should generally not be a crime.
