You have to take into consideration infinity as wait times in the USA although if the person dies then it will be until death.

You would also have to do the same for other countries, its not like people are only denied care in the US, and the waiting time itself can be an instance of denying care, people do die during these wait times. And what if they came to the US to avoid the wait time?

Although it wouldn't really be infinite. In a certain sense it could be considered to be the rest of their expected life span, but even averaging that in might be problematic.

Again, the US system per capita is the most expensive system

And the US is different in many ways.
