Obama has, as his minister, for 20 years, a man who is clearly anti-American, supports terrorists, Jesus man, supports Farrakhan, is racist and full of hate speech. It isn't the same thing. You simply cannot, with a straight face, claim that McCain's involvement with these people is on the same plane with that of Obama and his racist, terrorist, anti-American minister. There is no evidence that McCain has in any way had a significant connection with any of these people as you allege.
