For the millionth time yes. The question is do you?

Do I?

I admit to being spoiled. Utterly spoiled. I have a wonderful life in a wonderful country. I like nice things and nice surroundings. I love the beauty of nature and I love my conveniences. I expect my conveniences to be there on demand. Spoiled rotten.

Seems to me that's a bit of a dream world going forward. Energy availability will be a problem. I may face a trade off between beauty and conveniences. It's a bitch when reality intrudes.

I think we were really shortsighted not to build more nuclear facilities back in the day. That was effectively eliminated by people even more spoiled than I. I think we have to get over being so spoiled. But I'd still protest if anyone tried to put an oil rig on Liberty or Ellis Islands. Or in the Grand Canyon.

Does that answer your question? <g>
