Frankly, there probably isn't much difference between the two countries. If you are bright as you claim to be, you certainly know that such a statement has no significance in the context of evaluating whether the quality of health in one country or the other is a result of better health CARE or of more healthy living, or perhaps a result of other factors. Certainly, it isn't due to better health CARE, so some of the thousands of other variables probably account for it, that is, if the study was legitimate (highly unlikely).
