:-) I wouldn't know. I grew up in So Cal. I spent a lot of time hanging out with surfers at the beaches- Malibu, Newport and Mission Bay- and I didn't see them segueing to hard drugs from the pot. It is what it is- like having a glass of wine. The people who crave harder stuff would crave it anyway, whether they start their lives on cigarettes, beer or pot. I think it's all about biochemical cravings- and a certain percentage of our population just doesn't get enough from reality. Some crave excitement- and go in for the extreme sports- which kill or maim you- and some go for drugs. I don't see anything particularly "wrong" with adults craving things like that- you are who you are. Let adults do what they want as long as they only hurt themselves.
