What are you feeding it? Should be similar to what it was fed before, and make changes slowly.

Might try adding some yoghurt to its food. Just plain.

Probably a food change mixed with more exercise and anxiety. If you find any blood in the stool it is most likely a reaction to the food. Try IAMS lamb and rice for pupps.

Here's a tip on house breaking that a vet told me. When a puppy eats it pulls a trigger that will make it poop about 20 minutes later.

Did you keep the food the same as he had been eating? Also it could just be the stress of the move away from Mom. My bet would be for stress and separation anxiety.
