I just see Obama as a really transformational candidate, the first I've EVER seen. Dave keeps saying he doesn't have any "accomplishments" - he's the FIRST black man to EVER run a serious presidential campaign. I think that's one HELL of an accomplishment. I think just that he's BEEN a black man in America and succeeded is all I need to know.

Please explain why the usual suspect black leaders like sharpton, conyers and rev. wright are trying to prove their point regarding racist america by making obamas campaign fail? Sharpton is calling for civil disobediance regarding the trial of the three black cops in the shooting of sean bell. Conyers is coming to NY to investigate. And wright will be speaking again this morning at 9am. If there are arrests in NY, and wright says something more outlandish than yesterdays mocking of JFK and LBJ speaking abliities, the whole thing may unravel. And thats just a day after the old obama returned and did brilliantly on Fox as the moderate voice in the race.
