I buy poppy tea from Rose mountain herbs on the web- actually I just looked at the bag, it's not even called tea, just "California poppy". Great stuff to drink if you have insomnia. I have never been troubled by it, but my husband rotates herbal remedies, and that is one he uses, and it works. My husband got rid of his diabetes with diet and insoital, cinnamon and vinnegar- as well as a couple of other completely natural things :-) I'm really glad he did.
