Not to be argumentative but wouldn’t you say the same if you were in his shoes? It only makes sense. The country as a whole doesn’t have a nickel to its name. That obviously excludes certain citizens. Let’s be “nice” to foreign investment and let’s get as much as we can. We can always expropriate them at a later date. Who is going to argue with us? Laws are only put into place so they can be changed and in countries like this, the same goes for constitutions.

Not saying that ARU isn’t a good play right now but I wouldn’t for a split second consider it an investment.
