No. It is not. But it will be in November. There's more to my case than just growing. Three people tried to break into my home. One of them got shot. We have Castle laws here. But these laws exclude homeowners when they are growing pot. soooo .. without the pot, most likely all charges would have been dropped long ago. If medical marijuana was in place here, all charges would have been dropped. Buttttt ... there's no if's here. So I pled guilty to felonious assault, growing and hoax explosive device. I already spent 42 days in jail. The three people that attacked my home at 1AM all pled guilty to conspiracy to commit first degree home invasion.
