I'm fairly certain there will be a lot of high end stuff at that store. Just knowing the Wegmans culture they should have many selections under 20. I'm sure the service will be great in finding special selections. I went down to our local spirits store and they were out of stock in what was one our favorites. Three empty spaces. Out of both red and white and rose $ 6.99. The owner said he would look into getting some in stock..

I would suggest that the price be raised to $30. Inflation and the weak dollar is affecting the price of all imports including wine, and I drink almost exclusively imported wine. There is supposed to be a wine surplus in the world so that may serve to hold prices down.
