Considering the democrats did their best to block civil rights legislation in the 60s, it wouldn't surprise me.

The dems have painted themselves into a corner, now being faced with their own hypocrisy, on the national stage.

As the Reverend Wright would say, "the chickens are coming home to roost".

I'm glad I'm an independent.

"What happens if Hillary wins the other states, then the "super delegates" give it to her, even though Obama technically won it?"

Who knows? At this point, the superdelegates are breaking for Obama. The only shot that Hill has is if things are a lot closer in the remaining primaries and the delegates are released. And, even that is a long shot for her unless she sits on the board of Diebold.

Look, harris, along with Rush, has been trying to sell the idea that the 1968 Democratic riot was a race riot. Despite the fact that history doesn't record it that way. And JF, who actually was there, unlike harris or Rush, doesn't remember it that way. Ok, granted, Bobby Seales was there. But, how many actual black people were?

I await your answer.

That's why I mentioned Chicago 1919 to longshort.

No doubt the dems will find some way to steal the election from Obama. Maybe by moving Algore in position to solve their dilemma.
Now since Algore is so "extremely popular", maybe that could put a lid on the worst race riots - or not?

rev wright attacked jfk and lbj speaking voices in an attempt to justify eubonics. Of course i didnt see the clip in context. IN a very tough case, new yorkers remained peaceful after the bell verdict. Now sharpton is trying to incite violence in NY. NY is a special place and i hope most blacks dont fall for this hucksters crap. Sean Bells death was a tragedy but the judge ruled (rightfully imo) that the three officers (2 were black) did not commit a crime. Most black folks understand the nuance but sharpton in trying to incite might get a few to do some things that will hurt obama nationally. I think this is with design.
