well everyone here is another statement about the LACC orders. so to the people who doubt their using the process, read this? Only issue is we have no clue how much the orders are for and who their making them for.

I wonder if this is just more detail of what they are doing with CAT?!?!? At least there's confirmation that LACC is being used, which is nice.
