Of the investible assets that I have control over, I have about 45% in oil/natural gas; about 15% (which I intend to increase) in food; about 10% gold-related and gold; about 20% in bear market funds; and the remaining 10% in a shifting array of other things. I only keep as much in U.S. dollars as is needed to meet current bills and expenses. My favorite "other thing" is Gamehost, which owns the only legal casino in Fort McMurray among other things. Pays good money and just listed on the Toronto Stcok Exchange after a 3-1 split.
