My first bit of discomfort is when oprah showed up. But Oprah backed away -- FAR away, and very quickly. While I can imagine, after seeing the ratings drop, she could have backed away, it is odd to me that she backed away well before the effect on her ratings was even known. This relationship with Wright is troublesome. Oprah left the same church over disagreements with Rev. Wright -- yet, Obama didn't see the need to do so. While Oprah is still considered by the media as an "Obama supporter", I'm not altogether sure how ardent her support is at this point.
