The most obvious and clear cut evidence of left wing media bias is the ratings of Fox and right wing talk radio relative to left wing news and radio sources.

For arguments let's say there are an equal number of right leaning and left leaning people people in the country and another bunch somewhere in the center.

When the typical right leaning person watches/listens to CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS, MTV, NPR, Comedy, etc... at a certain point he/she wants to vomit because they believe the reporting is biased.

When the typical left leaning person watches Fox, CNBC, or listens to talk radio at a certain point he/she wants to vomit because they believe the reporting is biased.

However, even though there are equal numbers of right leaning and left leaning people, the rating for the right leaning media sources always blow out the left leaning sources. The reason why is actually obvious. The right leaning people have fewer sources so their numbers are way more concentrated in among the fewer options they have to hear right leaning news and commentary. The left has so many alternatives, their numbers are heavily dispersed among the many options.

All of the tv networks are big, right wing corporations with a bias toward capitalism and Republican sleaziness. All of the big newspapers are stock cos. with NYSE listings, guaranteeing their right wingedness. The only one rising above its environment is The Washington Post.

Dave, what do you think of your boy, Rush, inciting (he calls it "praying for") a riot in Denver? Is he also praying for Washington, D.C. to get nuked? What other evils for America is he hoping for? He would be a dangerous guy if he wasn't such a goof. BTW, Colorado voted for The Chimpanzee in 2004, so Rush is wishing injury, property destruction, and, perhaps, death, on a Republican state. That's a little cold, even for him.
