"I didn't do the investigation, so I can only rely on news reports"

Well, I have to wonder about your news reports, then. Better google it for the results of the investigations and trial.

There was no direct link found. In fact, it still isn't clear who was really responsible and why the attack was carried out.

You do realize that many of the actions on your list show no link at all to al Qaeda? Exactly what link the Moroccans have with al Qaeda isn't clear, but they have definitely been active since 2004. Likewise, in Pakistan where bombings and assassinations by groups with al Qaeda links continue to this day.
