I picked a nice two day stretch to do a small vegetable garden in the backyard framed by those 60 pound landscape stones. It doesn't take many times of lifting to go over 1400 pounds with those things. There seems to be a shortage of red worms for gardens and composting. The nearest worm farm to me up along Foothill blvd can't do a harvest until May first. Too many people seeing the shows about backyard composting with the worms. So, I'll get on a list for several pounds. of worms.
