Doesn't our current constitution have some language that is supposed to prevent this from happening? Long time since civics class... No, I'm sure there isn't, but it is common courtesy for an ex President to retire and keep his mouth shut. No ex President has EVER been involved in foreign affairs after they've left office. At least that I can remember in my life time. It shows you how low the democrats will sink to stay in the lime light, even when they have no power. And Carter of all people, the absolute worst President of our life time, maybe ever.
