What's not true about it?

Historically, Dems have focused on how to get the most people covered under Healthcare programs, whereas Republicans have focused on how to reduce costs. Both McCain and Obama are focused on reducing costs, whereas Hillary is focused on Universal coverage.

Anyway, one thing is for sure. Hillary is the only one with a dying passion on HealthCare. If it becomes an Obama McCain race, they won't spend as much time talking about HealthCare, because Obama and McCain have other interests at the top of their priority lists.
