I'm not following you. Arnold thinks what is stupid?

But to try to get this back to some kind of sensible discussion, I will say this. First, Arnold has been terrific with respect to environmental issues. I applaud his leadership in that area.

Second, environmentalists are not clones of one another. People who could be classified with that name are not necessarily always going to agree about the best way to protect the environment. Why should they?

Arnold also talked about how people object to environmental protection by saying that it will hurt the economy, but pointed out that California has proven that is not true.

PS: I just watched the tape of Arnold's appearance on Leno, and your characterization of what he said was way off. A huge exaggeration at best.
