He wants to know what all of the people are doing in his house. The Commissar states that 30 people are living in the space where just five lived before - or some such. Zhivago then states,...'Oh. Of course. This is much more just.' I can easily see this when the FED has to do something with all of the McMansions it will own (on my behalf) by August. What did we have yesterday....18.5 million vacant homes?!?!?! I thought that Dubai was all about ostentatious building. At least over there they do it with cash vice borrowing.
