Those checks are wrongly labeled economic stimulus checks and rebate checks. In reality, they are nothing but more printing of money and increased burden on future generations to shore up the banks balance sheets, considering that the majority appears to be heading towards paying down debt.

So there will be ZERO stimulus to the economy and ZERO effect on the slowdown. Though a few will tack that debt right back on to feed their families

I would love to hear one prominent politician tell it like it is.
