The presidency requires a measure of impartiality that Obama simply doesn’t have.

There was a brief announcement on FOX yesterday afternoon that told about a peculiar happening. Apparently, the DNC has cut a deal with Obama wherein he will solicit funds for the party, NOT for himself specifically. The news went on to say, in the past, this usually happens when the party has decided on the candidate they prefer. No such deal was made with Clinton, apparently. I got in late for this, so I may have missed more pertinent details. Anyone know more about this?
