i am not sure how it works in such a church. Are kids there for sermons? What is taught in sunday school might be the better question. I think his wife who has chicago roots might have had the greater say in all of this. Look, all I know is that the pastor is the leader of the church, and if the pastor is a racist, anti-American, Obama should have done what Oprah did and walked away from it -- UNLESS, of course, he ascribed to those same beliefs. I'm sorry, but he cannot walk away from a 20 year history that easily. Particularly, given that he has no other history to offset this. Today's remarks really reek of political convenience, and I believe he has to pay for it.
