OK.

I don't think that the objection to coal plants is entirely unreasoned, though. We've long understood that burning coal is dirty, we've worked hard to clean up the air, and it's not unreasonably to resist giving up those gains. There would need to be either reassurance that they are not longer so dirty or an enormous incentive to overlook the dirt. I don't see either being offered in a persuasive way.
