Other than the standard things which conspiracy theorists ignore (like the fact that not everyone who they disagree with is as nasty as imagine, or if they where there would be simpler ways to be nasty, and the fact that large conspiracies are hard to keep quit, or even just the fact that they have no evidence), there is something that's particularly weak about the AIDS is a germ warfare experiment that got out hypothesis. Namely that AIDS makes for a lousy germ warfare agent. Its way to hard to spread, and takes way to long to take effect. Not only would it be a lousy bio weapon, it would also be one that would be very difficult to escape. It breaks containment and someone's unlikely to get infected, if one person does (say they cut themselves on broken beaker that contained the virus) they can be identified and tracked.

Of course it could be argued that I give their theories too much credit, when I bother to analyze and debunk them...
