30,000 Christians in a land of 70 million that was once virtually all Christian is pathetic and shows the ethnic cleansing that has taken place.

Turkey turned majority Muslim hundreds of years ago....if it was ever majority Christian, it was only that way for a short period of its history. In fact, the ME has been majority Muslim shortly after the death of Jesus.
