I don't see that as the industry protecting itself. I see that as the industry, if that's what you want to call it, doing what it is supposed to do. It seems to me that the "environmental industry" of which you speak would actually be better off if more nuke plants were built, since that would give them more against which to protest. I mean, if nobody proposes building any more nuke or coal plants, the environmentalists would have to move on to other issues. Like the killing of wolves in the Yellowstone area.
