And meanwhile, in Bush fantasy land, Bush and friends continue to stockpile oil in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The intended goal is to buy oil at the highest prices possible so that we can increase our deficits. In addition, taking supplies off the market when supplies are tight will increase the price of oil and subsequently the price of gas.
