It's amazing how bad the housing situation is in Ohio in terms of the huge percentage of folks behind on their mortgage payments (something like 1 out of 3)and the huge number of foreclosures. I've just been doing some work for debt saturated individuals and businesses that are trying to work out debt settlement strucutures with their creditors and every other person I talked with had their own personal little horror story of insolvency. a very heart rendering and difficult situation for so many folks in middle american.
