Well it's trading down a bit in pre-market so who knows... by not selling yesterday I may have thrown a shoe coming into the finish line....

First Solar net income rises nearly 10x

NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- First Solar Inc. (FSLRfirst solar inc com FSLR) said first-quarter net income rose to $46.6 million, or 57 cents a share from $5 million, or 7 cents a share in the year-ago period. In the fourth quarter of 2007, First Solar earned $62.9 million, or 77 cents a share. First-quarter revenue rose to $197 million from $67 million in the year-ago period. Analysts had forecast earnings of 48 cents a share and revenue of $187 million for the thin film solar module maker, according to a survey by FactSet.

I'm removing FDX to book the gain on the higher dollar and going for my wild card Nat Gas stock, GGR.

In the current contest, I booked profits in VLNC to buy UTEK. UTEK did fine, up 53%, but I think VLNC continued to go up much more...

My short of FINL was illegal:

4- You can invest long or short (short: PP min $5 as usual, max one stock short and max 50% of the portfolio value shorted at any time)

So put that in cash, and I should have 90.73 at Wednesday's close.

That's a great rule.
